use a different theme slide to where you want it and it should work i did that and got it where i wanted it....biggest sentence ever!

make follow:

STEP 1 :
right click on it
window and uncheck " lock position" ( maybe itīs locked )

STEP 2:
right click on the cad
select skin editor
edit
under Hotspots over case area check the x draw the guide lines
move it with clicking the pink frame
than uncheck the x draw the guide lines and save with the right top disc icon

right click and see if option: lock position is selected by default( dunno if it's possible!)
